Human Rights in Practice

is an international law practice run by Helen Duffy which specialises in strategic human rights litigation, research and advice. The practice aims to contribute to advancing human rights, justice and rule of law in contexts where they are most elusive.

Current areas of focus include: human rights in armed conflict; counter-terrorism and rule of law; climate justice; countering attacks on judicial independence and democracy.
